UI/UX Specialist

We are looking for a creative and talented UI/UX Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional user experiences for our digital products, with a focus on creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. You will work closely with Programming managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our design solutions meet users’ needs and business goals.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Create user personas and use case scenarios to guide the design process.
  • Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts.
  • Design engaging and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate and effective implementation of designs.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve designs.
  • Research and implement AI-powered tools to enhance design efficiency and innovate user experiences.
  • Contribute to the development and standardization of the company & Clint's design standards and style guide.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX design.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
  • Proficient in leveraging AI tools for UI/UX design.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the basics of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
