- Strong expertise in lighting setups and visual direction
- 70% focus on video skills, 30% on photography
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the video production team across all stages: concept, execution, delivery
Take client briefs and convert them into creative visual presentations
Coordinate with editing, design, and creative teams
Stay ahead of visual trends and apply them in Lilac’s content strategy
Use AI-based tools and workflows efficiently (35%+ AI-driven)
Supervise shoots and lighting setups for high-end video/photo content
Deliver high-quality media tailored to digital platforms
Required Qualifications & Skills:
✔ Proven expertise in professional video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve) and image editing (Photoshop).
✔ Strong grasp of lighting techniques, camera equipment, and modern video trends.
✔ Ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and solve problems efficiently.
✔ Fluent in Arabic & English, with excellent communication skills.
✔ AI & Automation Enthusiast – comfortable integrating AI into video production workflows.
✔ High video production expertise, and photography knowledge.
✔ Being present in the UAE.
