ABOUT THE ROLE:
A results-driven closer who turns high-net-worth prospects into investors and consistently hits targets.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales by closing high-value investment and trading deals, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly targets.
- Source, qualify, and convert HNW and VIP prospects through tailored, persuasive presentations
- Negotiate confidently, handle objections, and move deals from first contact to close
- Build lasting, discreet relationships and grow revenue through follow-ups, upselling, and referrals
- Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline, track market trends and competitors, and represent the company at meetings and events
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in investment, trading, brokerage, wealth management, or financial services
- Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and hands-on experience with trading instruments
- Excellent communication and refined etiquette with high-profile clients
- Professional-level English; additional languages are a plus
